What type of fish is this?

Here are some REALLY bad pics.
We're thinking its a type of wrasse so far. It's about 2-3 inches.
Yellow based with a brownish/red stripe running fown the middle. The fins are clear, yet tinted bluish purple.
Sorry for the bad pics!

It swims more like a wrasse than a blenny, and doesn't have the right face I believe..
My friend thinks maybe a young type of dottyback, but I'm not sure. I'll look into gobies too, but its mannerisms differ from most gobies.

Not sure if that is it, but from what you can see maybe. The picture I posted is a female, the males get the bright blue head.

It's a juvenile Thalassoma-genus wrasse for sure. With those pics, unfortunately I can't say a specific species, but I think spanko is correct. Here is a nice pic of a harem, of several smaller Blueheaded wrasses. The wrasse you saw, likely is quite stressed, and isn't showing it's full coloration.

I've heard they get pretty nasty in fishtanks. A friend of mine has one all by himself in a 150 because he's too mean to go with anyone else. =(
