what type of schooling fish would be good

I have a 100 gallon reef
with a purple tang, foxface, one clown
tons of live rock
also have xenia, frogpawn, colt coral, hair mushroom, polyps, and a brain
also how many schooling fish should keep together

5 Chromis would look nice IMO.

Most likely green chromis, that is the most common. As to how many, with chromis it is at least 3, but more than 4. Just keep it odd numbers. Some other schooling fish (anthias for example) can only have 1 male and the others are female. HTH some.

I have a 180 Reef and I have 6 Green Chromis, I've had them for 3 1/2 years. Their doing great and they look awesome schooling together. Another suggestion would be maybe 3 Bartlett Anthias, they also school together and add color to your tank. Their kinda like a Yellow/Pink color!

I've got 4 green chromis that school regularly. When one strays, another will herd him back in.
