This little guy showed up with buddies today, they are about a inch long whit with black bands. then have shorter orange tentacials. They seem to have green tube bodys. here is a pic there circled in red
Cirratulid sp. commonly called a Hair Worm. All of that in your picture is probably just one worm. The striped tentacles are palps, the shorter more solid tentacles are gills.
I consider them to be one of the more beneficial Bristle Worms because they eat detritus both on top of the sand as well as the detritus that gets buried.
Some consider them to be unsightly and the palps can sometimes irritate coral polyps.
