Many people feed when their daylights are on. others feed when their daylights are off and at night. Im one of those who feed my corals at night-a variety of frozen, powder and liquids.

I feed everything in the morning......once or twice, when the lights went out I saw a lot of corals tentacles out I tried to spot feed them.....my 225G is really too awkward though....LOL...it seems most of the food floated off, or a crab or shrimp came and stole it

I also buy the H20 Coral food, and I mix a cube in with the regular food a couple of times a week.....I forgot to add that

can't rinse it though...LOL....it has no substance...so after rinsing the frozen cubes, I add these and let them thaw and smush them in with the other foods

I feed reef frenzy 1-2 times a week at night shortly after lights out.

I feed Suncorals during the day, so that they're trained to come out during the day and I can enjoy them, but the rest of my corals get fed at night if I manually feed.
My fish get fed mid day lately, and I turn off all filtration and definitely admit to being a heavy feeder, so I'm sure the corals are getting food then as well. I must say that feeding at night is really cool, you get to see all the tentacles coming out and from what I have witnessed, you don't have to entire the corals as much, they're just ready for it.

I personally just blanket feed, by the way its coral frenzy, I wrote reef frenzy.
just mix it up and pour half in front of each powerhead. The whole tank is filled with dusty stuff for next 5 minutes or so.
