No, Salinity doesn't change significantly with temperature. Just look at the right side scale for 35ppt (or whatever). When using a Hydrometer you have to lookup the temperature for the specific gravity reading to derive salinity. An ATC refractometer uses refraction to derive the Salinity directly, there's no need to know the Specific Gravity of the water, it's the Salinity that matters.
