Ok, for those of you who are guitar savvy I am not going to debate getting a different guitar model or brand than the one I have listed here. In fact I wont even name the make or model, all I need is help deciding on what color I should chose... Im so torn between the two... either Ruby red or Natural...
Let this one marinate for a while....

Holy shite - nice axe!

Not positive I like the pickup switch placement - my preference would be slightly to the right of and roughly in between the volume and pitch knobs but, given the set up, that may interfere with the "f" hole. In any case - awesome guitar!
I really like the red, but the natural will probably develop more character with age. Either way, they're both gorgeous.

Depends on the guitar... My Satch Model Ibanez -- dark red no doubt..... now a Gibson Les Paul... I would only go with the sunburst.. which looks like 8th from the left in the above pic.
Yes I am right (in my own mind).

Natural if you want to resell it at some point would probably be better simply because it wont show and love marks as much. Otherwise I think the red looks better.

Awesome display. Saw a picture of one that was similar a guy I was BSing with in a bar had. He was a guitar tech that had toured with some big time bands but I don't think he had close to the value your brother does hanging on that wall.

yeah i kinda like how the red looks, its got kindof that retro look, but im wondering if i would ever get sick of a red guitar. and you cant really tell in that pic but its also quilted maple, just like the natural, so its got the same shading and patterns...
shoot... I just cant decide! this is an important decision....

even in the same guitar model, a guitar plays and sounds differently from one to the next. you should be basing the purchase on which one is better and not which is a prettier color.

I just placed the order for the red model!!!
I really like it better, I was debating, but now Im pretty happy with my decision, and if I dont like it, my guitar dealer will do an exchange for me.

"A guitar only need do one thing; compel the owner to play it. Whether someone is drawn to the beautiful tone, ease of playing, the visual beauty of the woods, the allure of the trim and appointments, or the comfort of the guitar playing ritual, spending time with the guitar is the goal."
