+1 on the Loc-Tite. Stuff works great. Apply it to the frag just above the surface then let it kinda set up a touch just under the water. Place it where you want it and hold it for a minute or two. Should be all set.

I didnt' know superglue can cure/dry/bond in wet condition...
I have this fear of taking any corals out of water for more than 20sec. cuz I feel like they are going to die.
how long can you keep coral out of water for glueing?

You dont have to take the coral out of the water at all. Simply hold the coral upside down and just expose the bottom of the rock or plug. Apply your glue and set it wherever you like in your aquarium. You will have about 30 seconds to find a spot. Once you have found your spot, hold it there for another 30 to 45 seconds. Should be adhered.
