Can anyone tell me what these white bubbly things are that are popping up on my liverock? Do I need to worry about them, they seem to be spreading. If they are harmful, how do I get rid of them? I attached photos of the little buggers.

I have some tunicates, that are a little different but I've read that they are a good hitchhiker, and a good sign that your water quality is good. Not harmful at all.
