White spots on clownfish?

Hi this is my first tank and I'm in the middle of my cycling process, out of the two clownfish I have the female has developed some white spots, two on each side around the same location. Any idea what it could be?

First off you should never cycle with fish. It is very cruel. The ammonia generated during the cycle burns their gills. Kind of like inhaling ammonia vapor into your lungs. I will hurt like hell, make it difficult to breath then It will kill you. I’d suggest you remove the fish and return them to the store. If that store told you to use fish to cycle, never go there again.
Your fish does have ich. The whole tank is infected now.

Some aquarists can be very "passionate" about livestock. Imforbis, I don't believe stopping fish abuse with human abuse is the answer lol.
