White Squiggly Stuff Coming out of my Coral

Hi Everyone.
I have 2 LPS corals that have similar white squiggly stuff that comes out every once in a while. One is a Lobo (Below) and the other is a brain coral. Has only happened on the brain once but the lobo has it more often.
What does this mean? The lobo has small amounts coming out of three spots.
I figure it is either defense related or growth related.

hey not sure why this happens but my frilly mushrooms do this also from time to time. sry for no advice

It is a collection of mesenterial filaments. This is basically the corals digestive system that's being expelled due to a stress. Most often the stress is an attack from a nearby coral but it can also be caused by physical damage from crabs or something falling on it.

Seems to happen after I feed them. Could be if I blew on it too hard with a turkey baster.
