White stuff coming out from my anemone

Please help!
Has anyone seen this happens before?
My pink tip anemone has been expelling some white stuff for at least 2 hours.
Does anyone have an idea on what is going on?
Is it dangerous for the rest of the fish and invertebrates?
Should I make a water change?

I believe it is releasing it's seed, so to speak. I would do a water change. It's just REALLY happy!

Never witnessed that first hand but from what I have read it is one of the ways they try to reproduce.

This happened to my rbta last night...it is just sending out sperm and or eggs... it will be fine tonight. Maybe run a wet skimmer, and do a wc and also its food feeding your corals.
