Unfortuantely Arnold inherited much of the damage caused by Californias liberal lunacy and has interjected some rational into the ridiculous spending and free handouts CA is famous for. So far though Arnold has managed to terminate :hilarious a fair chunk of the states deficit without raising taxes, which is always a good thing.
