grant is not second in the league by a longshot... only 67 per game.

i wouldnt go as far as saying that eli sucks...he is just way to unpredictable...and i dont know what you dont get about this...BRET FARVE IS A VETERAN IN THE COLD WEATHER...he has played there many times and he know what he needs to do to win...eli on the other hand...

No, Eli really does suck. In the regular season he had as many picks as TD's. I hate Eli.

If you are going to post those stats, do your homework and digest them.
Yes he has averaged 63 yards per game but they are counting the first 6 games when he averaged 3 carries per game. As I posted before he has averaged 113 yards per game since he earned the starting job. I BELIEVE that a previsous poster meant Grant is second in the NFL in rushing for the second half of the season, not the whole season.
Since you demand us to prove our points, where is your proof the Favre will be ineffective? You do know Brett holds most of the major QB records now don't you?

Second half of season doesn't matter. There is regular and post-season. Just because you sucked the first half then got good, doesn't eliminate you bad part.
Lets say a RB comes in filling in on the last game of the regular season, playing the worts rush defense ever. And gets 250 yards. That gives him 250 yards per game. Does that make him great? or lucky?

Packers will win, home field ADVANTAGE. Looks like nobody can beat farve at lambo now. He played in these condition his whole career. But it all doesnt matter because.......
Who ever wins will lose to the Patriots in the Super Bowl

He didn't suck the first part, he was coming off of the bench...very similar to your Amhad Bradshaw you were drooling over earlier in this thread. So its OK for Bradshaw to be talked up but not Grant.

I like how the Packers would match up against the Pats, that will be a very good game. The Pack's secondary are fast enough and physical enough to hang with Moss and Welker.

The second half of the season DOES matter, because it gives you monmentum for the post season. You keep bring up game against pats, so that does matter? And the RB has to be pretty good to get 250 yrds against NFL team, and no he is not lucky....

First of all, Grant was not a starter the first half of the year and barely saw the ball. He got his chance after 3 injuries. Second, if a rusher plays only one out of 16 games, 250 yards would put him to 15.625 yards/game.

I forget to ask NanoReefer another question...how does Plexiglass do in minus 28 degree weather?
Not to get off topic, but it is always asked / critized in the Media of why Peyton couldn't win the big game (college or pro) until last year? They always talk of the great lineage, Archie to Peyton and Eli...a great football family of QBs. Anyone know where Archie ranks in terms of win / loss for his career? He has the worst win / loss percentage for a QB with 100 starts. It is dismal, his record as a starter was 35-101-3 (.263%).
So I propose this question Nano, how can Eli succeed when it is a family tradition to lose?

AND THE FIRST 1/2 DOESNT MATTER EITHER???...well in that case lets just vote on who goes to the super bowl...forget all the upsets and close games...forget that the pats made nfl history...lets just skip all of that and vote on who goes to the super bowl...my vote is 49ers

I second the nomination of my hometown Niners going to Super Bowl XLII and I nominate the Chargers (I went to SDSU) to represent the AFC for a rematch from 95 or 96 when Steve Young blew the doors off of the Charger secondary.

Not talking up Bradshaw. I mentioned that he has more agility than Jacobs...
