i have a 550G reef . just got a red sea ozone 100mg/l . my in sump skimmers are ozone compatible but they are just right before the ceramics and Seachem's Matrix where the beneficial bacterias are grown . if i hook up my ozone to my skimmer and put carbon at the part where it hits the media , will the bacteria get harmed ?

The complexities of ozone are too great to discuss it all in one thread. There are many options, benefits and detriments to using ozone - all of which you should weigh carefully. Consider reading this series of articles http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-03/rhf/index.php which will help you make a better decision of what you need for your aquarium.

No....Ozone is commonly used, but must be used with caution, because to much will kill everything!!!!!!

its the one with the controller but with a different prob. but it still has the LED display .
my tank is 550G and the ozonizeris 100mg/l so according to some research i did the chances of nuking the tank or the room is slim to none , specially with a ORP prob
