I have noticed some small aiptasia growing in my refugium, after finally getting rid of them all in the main tank:( . I know they're not gone completely, but they are well under control. Anyway, the aiptasia are attaching to caulerpa leaves and stems and I can't get them out without totally disruption the fuge. Could I put a couple of peppermints in there without destroying my pod population?

They'll make a dent in the pod population but it won't be severe. They don't seem to be able to catch the small pods, just the large ones.

Blue legs spend a lot of time on the sandbed eating pods, pod larvae, worms and other sand bed infauna.

Scarlet Cleaners don't seem to spend a lot of time on the sand unless they are starving. If you see them on the sand I suggest you feed them.
