Will these fit good enough in a 14g biocube ?

The cleaner shrimp and turbo will be fine but any more than 2 fish in that tank would definitely be pushing it IMO.

I agree.
The clowns will eventually outgrow the tank as well.

For the record, there is no such thing as FALSE perculas. There are True Perculas and there are Ocellaris. Most LFSs have jumped on the band wagon of calling Ocellaris clowns, false perculas, but this is incorrect.

IMO the Firefish is a bad fit. They spook easily and it will keep jumping into the lid of a nano tank.

I think a pair of Percula would do just fine, I think it's just a tad too small for a pair of Ocellaris.

Neon Gobies do well in that size tank.

Instead of a single shrimp I would suggest a pair of Cleaner Shrimp with both of them being the same species.

I have a pair of cleaners in my tank and I am so happy I got 2 over just 1. They are always together and IMO feel more comfortable out in the open.

I also read that 2 cleaners are very easy to pair up and will sometimes spawn, but the eggs barely make it through filtration/fish in the system.

clown gobys are not boring...I have 2 in my 54G...they are pretty playful

I also have a citron goby in my 29G...that is very active too
You don't have a lot of options with a 14G

you could get a blenny...they are pretty personable and very funny sometimes. It would have to be a small one though...like a Tail Spot. anything over 2" would be cramped.
