One thing I have heard about anemones is that they need lots of light! I believe that that light system is no where near as powerfull as what you would want for a anemone. I could be wrong though...
I am not sure the measures ments of your tank but you'd probably need eigther
24" 1 65 24"L x 6"W x 4"H
36" 1 96 36"L x 6"W x 4"H
and I don't think that is powerful enough.

No that is not enough for an anemone. If it isn't more than 200 watts of PC or VHO, then it won't work.
If you don't have enough money for the lighting for an anemone, just don't get an anemone and lighting now and save up for them later. Here are your options for now.
$200-250 for an mh pendant.
Or buy a canopy and then $150 for mh retrofit.
200+ watts of PC on a 20 gallon would cost more than the above.

How much are you willing to spend on the lights? I know one for $116 that could possibly work, but it is a bit below minimal. You will have to feed the anemone a lot if you get the lights I have in mind though. If you want the link to it email me and I will give it to you. jslok@comcast.net

Won't fit into that fixture. And ballasts are made for one wattage of bulb, and only that wattage.

How much does that one cost? The one I had in mind is 2x65 watts. 20 watts doesn't seem like a lot but it does make a difference.

Then just leave the anemone if you can't give it what it needs. The clowns will do fine without one, and they may not even host it if you get one.
