Worst thing you have heard from a LFS Customer!

I figured I start this after seeing the other worst thing thread.
The worst thing I have heard lately is when I was walking back into the saltwater section where I work and overheard a customer explaining to another customer that "Anemones can be kept under any type of light but you need 'Special Lighting' if you want to have starfish".
Another bad thing I heard was from a customer I had just helped set up their 175g for saltwater and had explained the cycling process and told them it could take up to 2 months to cycle. They came in a week later mad that I wouldn't guarantee the fish they bought until we tested their water because i was sure their tank wasn't cycled. They claimed that their tank had cycled in a week because when they tested their water everything was in the "safe level". Come to find out their using a freshwater test kit that says up to .5ppm of ammonia and 5ppm of nitrite is in the "safe level".

"I have a 24g cube thing that has been running for a whole month, all levels are perfect so I don't understand why my yellow tangs and hippo tangs are fighting."

Its appropriate this time of year...I've heard a lot of things but a memorable one was:
"I need some fish for the big game party. I really don't care if they live long."

In the case of "need fish for the big game, don't care if they last long" its just plain stupidity. As far as the tangs fighting in the little cube perhaps the LFS employee who sold the multiple tangs to the person should have asked how big a tank they were going into.

I don't think it is unreasonable to expect some level of accuracy in an answer asked a salesman but to slam a customer for not having the same level of knowledge as the salesman is absurd. Of course the whole :just need fish for the big game" thing is universally stupid.

*Dude, that's a really cool fish. I wonder if I could fit it in my *fw guppy* tank.*

I work at Jack's Aquarium and Pets at the Easton shopping center. Its technically a pet store but the manager is more inclined towards marine fish so we have an outstanding marine fish section.

Ok I go to Fishland currently so that is good to hear.
Aquarium world is awsome but it's a little far for me to go every other week.

I'm not a big fan of aquarium world's fish, it seems like every time I'm there, they are explaining to someone how this fish has ich and needs to be hypo-ed. I went to fish land the other day, they had some beautiful fish, but they were are bit small, (the store) but well priced.
