C. vrolikii x C. flavissima are definitely the most popular of the hybrids. However, C. flavissima x C. eibli (what this one is) are also quite common in the "Hybrid Swarm," as Randall & Pyle call it.
The problem is, C. eibli x C. flavissima are not really exported, as they are abundant in different areas than C. vrolikii x C. flavissima. The reason we do see the very rare (to the hobby) C. eibli x C. flavissima, is because they do waif to the Cocos-Keelings.
Just because they are not popular in the aquarium trade does not make them uncommon. As for the 'quality' of this fish? Its a float your boat thing. Its definitely very beautiful, but to say this is "one of a kind," is a very large stretch.
