It's Karma coming back to bite you over the voted for Obama thing

Kidding aside that does suck though. Mustangs transcend politics
Hopefully the cops will have enough info to hit the guy with charges for exhibition of speed or something. Dip sticks like that shouldnt be on the road.
Couldn't help but laugh at the Obama thing. At least the other guy was dumb enough to drive a motorcycle where he could only really hurt himself. If he had been in a car he might could have seriously hurt rebel.

I've heard of kids going to the local bike shop and financing a bike on a credit line through the dealership which causes the bike to look like it is paid for to the state so you only have to carry liability instead of full coverage. So are you saying in FL you don't even have to have liability?
You are not required to carry any type of insurance on a motorcycle in florida. If no liability coverage was in effect for the motorcycle at the time of the accident, then bodily injury/property damage liability insurance must be purchased and kept for 3 years to avoid license and tag/registration suspension or to reinstate license and tag/registration after suspension but having liability insurance on a motorcycle is voluntary.
If you buy a motorcycle on a manufacturers credit card such as Honda, I don't believe you are required to have insurance. It is a credit card and you are responsible for paying it off. They don't care about the bike.
The only time you are required to have insurance is if you finance and the Lein holder requires it for the loan.

Well that would explain it as I did finance....crazy crazy crazy.....

Two months before a body shop can take it in? What do the roughnecks do to their cars in that town? Guess I need to get back into the business.

Easy fix,no biggie. For $4 grand plus you can paint the car twice.I didn't see the rim but price also sounds like and insurance markup double price.A friend of mine drove his car under the rear of a truck, blinded by sun glare.damaged his hood ,fender, headlight, and a little of the front bumper. When he went to the insurance body shop they quoted him somewhere around $4800.I suggested he bring it to a guy I know who restores cars and does all types of body work.3 days and $800 later he has a brand new car.New light, fender and hood repaired with almost no filler just a skim coat and the bumper, hood and door repainted and blended in.The car looks brand new.Not one sign of damage.
