wrinkled fish

Hi,
my sister told me her royal gramma (I think she bought it 3-4 weeks ago) looks like it has 'wrinkles'.
Any idea what it could be?
I don't know any of her parameters, she doesn't know I'm posting this.
She says her chromis are doing fine.....
