Xenia Dieing?

some parts of my xenia hands are loosing there feathery look and then they turn white in color. are they dieng

65w pc over a 20g. alot of people told me they dont require strong light like MH

you def. need more lighting...65w over a 20g does'nt do d*ck. Thats probably good for some shrooms or zoos. I would say you need at least a 130w pc. Also they like high water flow, mirco vert and some iodine once a week.

first of all. they dont need iodine. and i trust bang guys word on saying they should live. hes one of the reef experts

firstly, you need to give it more than 25mins - 1 hour
check your iodine, i believe i have read that they do require it. so, i would check and add accordingly

its been in my tank for almost a week. kip has tons of xenia and he doesnt add iodine.

You dont need to dose iodine to have xenia flourish. Just keep it in good light and flow and give it some time.

I don't know for sure, because I'm still new to the whole lighting thing, but isn't it obvious that you don't have enough?
That's just the conclusion I have come to, I apologize if I have come off negative at all.:)

enough for xenia.. not for anemones. if u dont know about the whole lighting thing then i bet u dont know what ur talking about

I have acquired some info from many sources on here....especially when you ask if enough light and everyone says no....
