Yellow Tang Is Dead

I had a 4 inch yellow tang in a 100 gal for 1 and 1/2 years
and he has been great. Very Healthy.
We had a cold front all this week in south florida
and the tank temp went down to 74 degrees when
its normally around 77.4 degrees. I havent fed my
tang lettuce in 2 days. I noticed today when I went to
feed him he was lying dead on the bottom of the tank.
he was breathing hard and had blood blotches all
around his face and stomach almost like he was bleeding
internally. I'm wondering what the hell happened?
He lived in the tank with a marrone clown and blue damsel
and they all got along great and all were very healthy.
The other two fish are fine. The water paramiters are perfect
Someone please help me and let me know what happened

I don't believe it was the temperature drop. The temp may have contributed, but it wasn't enough of a drop to kill a Tang.
It sounds like an infection. This could have been received just bumping into a rock. I think it's just one of those things that can happen. I believe it was beyond your control.
If you replace the Tang, I suggest foods more appropriate than lettuce.
