my PH has been pretty solid . What you cant see is my HOB fuge that has about a 3 inch sand bed in it. not sure on how stable my KH has been since i only recently started testing it and so far its on the low side but stable.
The sixline was lost months ago. Found him in my overflow so i think he got sucked in while i had the screen off for cleaning and i never noticed untill after he was dead.
Current stocklist is
2x B&W clowns
1x Pajama Cardinal
1x Cleaner Shrimp
1x Fire Shrimp
assorted hermits and snails.
I'm gonna be setting up a 20long for a friend with a 150w giesemann megachrome coral, probably 2x24inch retrofit T5s for actinic in a canopy, but it'll have an overflow like yours into a 10gallon with a CPR aquafuge 2 HOB on the 10gallon w/ skimmer and then a modded biocube skimmer (upgraded air pump, 2xair stones, extended tube), I will probably only do a 1inch bed in the DT and then a deep sand bed in the HOB... do you recommend rubble in the HOB too? I was thinking about a pod breeding ground in there along with chaeto. The only thing I'm worried about is flow through the rubble so that detritus doesn't just accumulate on it, but without affecting the macroalgae growth.
