What exactly would "sharpening" a picture be classified as if its not alteration?

A few do look to have been oversharpened but the colors do not look altered, maybe saturated a bit, but not enough to make them unusable, The colors look authentic. No reason to not use them for ID purposes.

the two you said were off first are older pics and bad quality so i sharpened them up and it still was not the best..some of them were taken with the flash and some without ..i am sorry my pics are not up to your standards..but now i know how to take better pics and i don't want to get into an argument with you over what is altered or not..if you have better pics please post them..but i can assure you that the color is not altered at all the color you see is what they are
