    I have had 3 die.. Nitrates = 25-35 Nitrite = 0 ammonia = 0 125 gallon. What am I doing wrong? Tank has been set up for 6 months.. the other inhabitants are fine and not picking on them.

    he IS new, nitrite 0 nitrate 30 ammonia 0 He is in the display tank, my qt is currently occupied for fish for another tank that are currently sick. This has happened before. He is eating feeder fish. (thats how I start my puffers/lions eating)

    He's eating, but has cloudy almost "cracked glass" looking eyes. Would much like to treat him, I have formalin, is that safe to use for puffers or necessary?

    I've found with my limited experience that if you have more than one damsel (like a bunch of them) they seem less agressive.

    no rock or sand is making it difficult to cycle. Nitrates will probably NEVER be zero without LR and LS. I'd say its as cycled as it will ever get.
