thanks everyone. I figure if hes not getting any food he would probably be in rough shape after 2+ weeks and hes swimming around and everything. I'll try wedging the seaweed in a rock to see otherwise i'll try garlic. If that doesnt help them i guess he will just have to pick my rocks clean!

I recently purchased a Kole Tang (about 2 1/2 weeks ago) and i can't get him to eat. He constantly is picking at the rocks and glass, but he wont eat off the veggie clip. I also havn't seen him eat any mysis or brine that i put in the tank (my yellow tang engulfs both!). Any hints? is there...

my buddy has a set that is on a 30 day cycle and adjusts the brightness based on the moon cycle. I've never seen them at night to see how the tank looks, but i've heard they can help clowns to spawn and things too

Great... i thought it was a good thing. I moved it about 2 weeks ago because my RBTA was touching it and ever since i moved it to the new location it has probably doubled in size. I think i will get some rubble or plugs and attach them and see if anyone wants them because i dont want anymore...

I agree srfisher, i have been told by many people that my current 55g is way to small for a yellow tang. I have had him for over 2 years and he's doing great. I know this wasnt on the list, but i think i'm going to get a kole tang. thoughts on that tang?
