Thanks for the comments everyone. Yup, that's a Canary Wrasse, awesome fish. Fish: 2 Occelaris Clowns 1 Canary Wrasse 1 Watchman Goby My favorite corals are my Monti Cap and the giant elephant shrooms (they are about 13 inches wide when fully open!). The clowns host in the shrooms.

If he doesn't mess with your tank, you can keep him. If not, trade him for something at your local fish store.

Cowries in general aren't reef safe. I'm not sure if it's going to hurt your clam, could probably just annoy. I'd worry more about your corals though...

What shape are they? Pyramid? If they're pyamid shaped, more than likely they're Limpet Snails, harmless.
