Here is a closer look at the tentacles, if that will help. They have ridges on them and the tips are not bubbled at all, just a small white tip.

I wasn't sure. I used to have a Condy but it didn't have the rings or ridges on the tentacles. I think the Condy also had pink or purple tips. Could be though this is just a wierd one.

I know what you mean. They smelled pretty bad when I opened the bag, but none have disintegrated yet. They all seem to be holding together and the stalks are still a light green. Maybe there is some hope for them yet. It has only been a day so maybe they will snap out of it.

I added some Methelene Blue to the hospital tank yesterday. This morning they look much better. They are hitching on some plastic plants and are upright. Hopefully they will snick some food pretty soon, so I can get them back in the main tank.

The breeder has been feeding them on PE frozen Mysis for quite some time. I am using the same.

They are still lethargic. They don't seem to be eating yet, although it is has only been about 24 hours since I received them. I will try feeding them in a little while and see what happens. I am looking for the email address for the breeder to see if they have any ideas. Thanks

It works great. By the next morning I was loaded with crawling pod critters all over the rock. I can't wait for the rock to get some growth on it so it doesn't stand out so much. It should be great for a Mandarin Dragonette later on.

Never heard of it leaching metals into the tank. I know some people use limestone as their base rock without any problems. Most limestone around here doesn't look like it has any metal content in it whatsoever, just calcium carbonate.
