Six weeks may be right...I don't have a clean up crew just two fish.
I let the tank cycle for about a month and tested everything before I put any fish in the tank...

Thanks guys, I’ll take it slow, only adding a few lbs, and ensuring that the rock is fully cured, just to be safe I will QT the new rock w/ the bucket and power head it sounds easy and brainless.

I have about 6 emerald crabs and 7 peppermint shrimp, and they get along fine, I also have a zoos snake and they have never touched or bothered it. Although I also have a big emerald crab who ate a cleaner shrimp. Keep in mind that i have a 150+ gallon tank.
