OK this is something I have been wonder for a long time, but can a saltwater tank grow a Maine lobster?
So basically I want to know if I could go to Local grocery store get a small lobster and grow it till it the right size?
Ok I have a overflow box and used PVC pipe down to the sump. The problem I am having is there are, so many bubbles in the sump tank that it is over flowing with bubbles and foam and had the cut my pump back to almost nothing.
I was wonder if I add a trap and a vent will this stop the bubbles...
Can anyone help me?

I have an 55 gallon reef tank and want to get into hard Coarls. I have a star polyps and some mushrooms.
When I look at all the t-5's, what makes the best combination for a 55...
See that is what I was thinking, because I do run 3 power heads and I know that the ocean for the most part clams down, so I was thinking of only turn off one. This way it will give a my fish a way to sleep with out getting blown away.
Man I wish I would have found these forums before a blow $70 and lights and end caps for my t-12's setup. But everyone I talked to said MH or VHO only.

I could see the fact that it prevents water from sitting still in the live rocks which could effect o2 levels.
As for decreasing the pumps life I could, say it might affect it by a little. If it recked the pump people would not use wave makers that turn pumps on and off.
I am going to be adding more power heads to my tank and was wondering if it is a good Idea to have a few of them turn off when the lights turn off? or should I run them all the time. Is it a bad thing to turn them off?
Crap looks like I got to do some killing :)
I for sure have a some Aiptasia's that I will need to get rid of.
Ok that other thing I saw in my tank that I did not see on the list was I have what looks to be a tube worm, but when I fish get near it I pops back into the rock. Is that a bad tube worm?
OK after talking to some people they said that there are a few bad thing that can come with your live rock. What are all the pest that I need to look out for and how do I get rid of them?
If you have picture that would help.
I have a SeaClone 150 and I wish now I would have just bought a $200 one instead of wasting my money on a cheap one. The good thing is someone on EB-- will buy it :)
