I am sure someone out there has a wave box (or wavebox nano) I understand the thing, except how much flow do they have? Can you get by (I have a 90 gal) with just the wavebox and my return from my sump? If the wavebox circulates all the water? I am considering one, but at $500, thought more...

if your drinking is interfering with your life causing you to miss work, get in trouble, etc it is a problem. If you have 1-2 could go without and does not honestly affect you negatively, then drink up (1-2 a day at most, however)

You can drill a hole in the SIDE of a cap you put on the top. Drill through the cap and pipe. You can then adjust your air by turning the cap so less of the holes overlap and the opening is smaller
