My percs layed eggs in my 140 Reef. What should I do? Aren't the fish going to be eaten? What is this process? How long? What should I expect? Thanks

Enjoy. Somebody please identify my Goby... Err, that's what the fish store said it was. It looks like an eel, but I have no idea what it is... lol It's very calm and has NEVER come out until the last 5 days. I've had it for about 6 months now. Now it swims around and is not shy...
