well can you vacum up the salt resedue or will putting a rug under help? see i am buying a house and the only place it can go is on carpet and since its new i dont want to ruin it.

well I don't think its dead yet b/c I can when I look into the tube I can see him moving both closer and further away from the tube opening. I don't think anything would be picking on him b/c I have to coco worms and the other one seems to be doing just fine. But then again I don't watch it...
