good idea...... my LFS is trying to work something out with me. this tank is 8.0ph....less than 30 nitrate. I add calcium and use kalkwasser drip every three days to keep the PH up. I do add strontium and iodine every two days. i have to do 20% water changes weekly because of the wasteload. I...

it has pretty much coated the inner rock surfaces.... i was wondering if increasing the powerheads would help. it almost looks like angel hair.

thanks....I've been reading all these threads for awile. I've gotten a lot of info off this message board. um, it would be difficult to get pics of this "white hair" because it doesn't appear on the face rock
