I would like to get a brain coral. I have a 46 gl bow tank with a 250 watts XM metal halogen light. For fish and inverts are flame angelfish, yellow wrasse, royal gramma, watchman goby, peppermint shrimp, emerald crab.Will there be any kind of trouble?

I am geting a coralvue 250w metal halide retro kit. For my new 46 gl bow tank. Should I get a 10,000K, 14,000K, or 20,000K. Or a XM 250W lamp 10,000K or 20,000K? :thinking:
