Can I mix my Kent Marine Biosediment refugium substrate with my live sand in my new reef set up? I Purchased Refugium Mud for my fuge and don't know what to do with the biosediment.

As far as what tank size to go with, I would say the biggest one that will fit. Return pump could be a Quiet One Pump Model 1200, it has a 295gph flow rate. To hold the return line, just use a Directional U-Tube, or something like that.

I purchased a wave maker system that pumps 885gph, 295gph x 3. This is for my 75gl reef. Is it too much flow?

I'm purchasing this chiller and need to know if I need to buy a pump for it. Its the Arctica Titanium Chiller. I have read as much as I can about it, and can't figure out if I'll need a pump or not. Please help.

I was wondering if I should go with a wave maker system for my reef or just use my power heads by themselves. What do you guys think? Are there any benefits to the wave maker systems?

I suggest using all lr. IMO 1.5 lbs per gallon is good, so you should get around 45lbs. I also say ordering online is a good idea. I have purchased lr multiple times and have been pleased with the order every time.

IMO, you shouldn't purchase those lights. For about $150.00 more you can get a 24" 280watt with 4 lunar lights. (1-150w HQI, 2-65w) Outer Orbit HQI/Compact Fluorescent $386.69 Send me your email address and I'll tell you where since I can't say on here.

The best way imo is to use vaseline. <(Spell Check) Just apply a really thin layer to the back of the aquarium and then stick the background to it. Use a ruler to pull out all the air bubbles and the bg will look spectacular. It is a fairly simple process.
