i was wondering if you could add LS to a 2 inch bed of aragonite? would you just add it on the top of the aragonite or mix it in? will the live rock seed the aragonite over time thus elimanting the need for live sand?

im not shure what type it is. i feed it and it takes small peices of silversides i didnt use LS but have about 120lbs of live rock on a 3 inch aragoniite bed. I have copeds all over my front glass they should also be in my sand bed also right making it a live sand bed right?

my sand siffter is getting skinny and i dont know why it looks like he is eating and he sifts sand all day long but he is still getting skinny. it looks like he might have a shell or something stuck in his mouth is this possible? what else could it be?

i have the fermossa dulx 96watt 36inch i like it alot color is great with on 10,000k and one atnic bulbs are expensive 50 bucks and you cant get them from any where but your lfs that i know of if you know of a site to get them let me know

yes there all differnt xeina, plate coral, feather dusters.

i have had trouble with xeina plate feather dusters. but I also have an anonemine that is doing fine. I dont know just frustrated i guess.

dose any one use jungle lab test strips if so do you like them?
