what eats hair algea ? just increase clean up crew ?

tank is up 1 yr - 11 fish (all between 2 and 5 " ) , 3 shrimps amonia and nitrites are zero , ph 8.2 , sg 1.0023 proclear wet / dry and proclear skimmer

my trates are high - 75 plus - 90g fowlr - 125#lr and 80 # ls only about 2-3 snails and 2-3 hermits

crap what now?

does not come off when i tried to blow it off with a turkey baster - kinda moves back and forth from flow in the tank - diatoms ? or the beginings of hair algea ? or someting else ?

4x a day - a pinch of flake at 8 am , another pinch at 430 pm , 3 cubes at 8 pm , pellets at 10 pm ish - 90g fowlr - 125 lbs lr ,80 lbs ls - 11 fish (from 2" to 5" )

using the above pic of the skimmer ,the white pvc part is up at its highest level in my sump , where it still can flow into the bioballs section - what else can i do ?

how to clean pump ? or do you mean the tube , below the collection cup ?

not sure of size, but it is rated for my 90g - no , i've have only cleaned the collection cup and output line -

i actually did try that too , last night - taking off the venturi and leaving the airline open , i even blew into the line - all with no change - btw , about 3 weeks i added 3 pieces of LR and skimmer went crazy for about 5 days - now - nothing

plenty of bubbles at the bottom and in the tube , just no or very little foam and output in collection cup

test kits are about 11 months old , tank is 12 months old i know trates aren't THAT bad for FO , but i do have hi levels for a sustained period - curious ( happy and feeling lucky ) as to why i havent seen any deaths -

i did too - 10 yrs ago in my apt when we 1st got married , in a 55g - i worked fine - but now, after doing research on a 150g i am planning - i am being told it won't work - - i also want in that tank , a french angel and a snowflake eel - - and then , maybe, 1 or 2 of the following -...

i'm sorry - maybe i wasn't clear enough- - i would be getting all these fish as juvys 3-5 " and grow them - this 180 i plan on, is for the spring - i currently have a 90 g peaceful fowlr running 12 months now - the inches i listed is from research i am gathering -
