i have sponges in a 55 empty with a few branching lr not emough to make alow light area...should i just leave the light off..algae will grow on the sponge if i leave the light on or leave it off but then when i get fish and turn the light on the sponges might get acclimation lighting shock.

i got mine out with tweezers was the only choice he was attacking my fish he ws alive but i dropped him in my 80 with a puffer he was gone by morning i had no choice he was killin fish.

its not an overflow box it a drilled perfecto reef ready 120 tank with a corner overflow with the holes nott hat a fish can fit in them on the bottom and top im not sure if any1 is familliar with this tank..its pretty regfular...anyways will keep you posted.

its a corner overflow in an perfecto tank i use a small net but have to remove the light and get all the way down there my tank is 34" deep or so...its hard the question is if they get in how do they get out or could they get out without aid ? I hame a flame hawkfish and a mandarin..so far only...
