On good days the temp. is about 78 degrees. But on hot days it will hit about 86 degrees. and I was wondering if any of you out there have any tricks on keeping the temp. Down. And I don't have a chiller because they are so darn expansive.

Well Shane I have 1Yellow Tang 1 Blue Tang 1 Sailfin Tang In my tank and they all seem happy.

I once did have a CBS and a cleaner shrimp in my 80 gallon tank. And one day I was just watching them and I turned around for a second. And Bam my skunk cleaner was in his mouth and claws.

Do you acclimate your fish? I would have my pH at 8.2.

I've had him for about a 9 months. And I forgot to say this but this alaways happens to him when the temp. reaches a little higer than usual.

I don't know much about groupers but I think that they could open their mouths alittle wider than they look. I don't think the spikes will effect him.

A grouper will eat anything that it can fit into its mouth even a little Foxface.

I was looking at my blue tang and he also has two white spots on his other side. But they look like they are part of him. And the one spot on his right side looks like there is something dangling.

Is hypo salinity when you lower the level of salinity and then bring it back up?
