It's not red slime and it's not corraline. It doesn't come off very easily though. I checked my water and everything is at an acceptable level. I did recently get new lights and I keep them on a little longer than I should, so do you think this could be causing. What about mexican turbo snails...
I've got a bunch of zoas and some shrooms. A toadstool, some gsp, a bta and a sebae. Everything looks really good and my zoas are spreading pretty good. I'm going to be getting halides eventually, just waiting for the funds to come.
what kind of meaty foods? so by me putting phyto in my tank it's really not doing anything? What should I be feeding my corals then. I have mainly zoas, a couple shrooms, and a frogspawn
Yeah about the overpricing, but I've got a hook up on some so that's not really the problem. So would you say 4x94 watt pc's would be enough in a 90. I've got pretty good flow. What kind of meaty foods?
I've just started to think that acans are pretty cool looking and was considering getting some, but I don't know a whole lot about them.. What kind of lighting, flow requirements do you need. And how durable of a coral are they. Any info is much appreciated.
That sucks they grow so slow Anything special I should feed them or will phyto be fine. What about lighting. I've got 4x94 watt pc's with all of my zoas. How high should I place them in the tank
I've got some red algae growing on my rocks. It's not hair algae and doesn't come off very easily. It's more like a mat or something. I can't get a pic right now but does anyone know what this is and how to get rid of it. Maybe a yellow tang or something. I have a pac blue and he doesn't...
So I picked up some cinnamon palys today for $8 a polyp and got three polyps. Is this a good price? They are the first ones I've seen at a lfs in my area. I actually just found this place and it's amazing....I'm going to go broke now. I'll post pics when they open up later.
