Well I did run the reds on the lowest setting the dimmer was capable of last night during testing and they did not dim out to my surprise. On my LEDs if my audrino controller goes past 10% they go out completely. As far as green LEDs ... It's up to cryptics. The inspiration of adding the reds...

They are resplendent anthias and they are in the main tank. In our 55 gallon display refugium is where our black ice clowns and garden eel live.

okay ... if you are already running 2 x 250 halides. do 2 x ai sol blues.

honestly i think you are better off going AI. each upgrade of tank size you do... basically can add a fixture. possibly for the 55gallon run ai sol blue. i believe by the time you get to the 125g you can get good coverage from an addition ai sol blue. i don't know exactly your future...
