Look into the Hydor Koralia, they have good water movement and are not that expensive. There are others but you will have to pay a little more for them like the Seio and Tunze. It all depends what you like and what you want to spend.

It's fine to feed raw shrimp. All my fish go crazy for it specially my cleaner shrimp they eat it right out of my hand and what ever is left over the snail clean it up.

I have a yelllow watchman,a mandarin and a diamond goby and they all do well together. Everyone does their own thing and stay out of each other way,no problem with any of them. I also have a couple of wrasse and they are great, my favorite fishes.

Unfortunately it's hit or miss with a six line wrasse, never know you might end up with a bully.

From personal experience I have 250 watts MH and they are about inches 4 inches over my egg crate and they have not done anything to it and I run my lights for over 6 hrs a day. So I think you should be fine but like anyhing else it never hurts to keep your eyes on things.
