Catalina makes the light and I would think that it is a T-5 HO light at 480 watts. I actually have 2 of these lights. The first one they sent me was damaged on the end so they sent me another one. All it would take to fix the first one would be a new end cap. Or you could use it as a retro fit...

I am tearing down a saltwater tank and I was wondering...................if I rinse out the oolite live sand REAL GOOD could I use it in a FRESHWATER tank or would I have problems in doing so??? :thinking: :help:

Just set my 125 up over the weekend and everything went great except for the HUMMING noise that is coming from my QUIET ONE 6000. Anyone else ever had this problem??? How can I make it stopp?????? :help: :notsure:

I've finished the plumbing and ready to fill my 125 with water tomorrow. My live rock with some sponges and shrooms are in containers with water from my old tank. I have my live sand in other containers. I'm thinking about laying out my live rock on bare bottom glass and then adding the sand...

If I can jump into this thread about overflows. I'm about to set up a 125 FOWLR and I'm using CPR CS102. Would you position the overflow box in the center of the tank or in one of the corners?
