I put new corals with the water in the bag into the bottom half of a milk jug and slowly add my tank water until its about 1/4 its original water and 3/4 my tank water and then add it to the tank at the bottom unless its sps.

definetly do not run the skimmer... will only slow things down. As far as light goes it might help with algae growth if you leave the lights off.

Live rock and a DSB will take care of most of the filtration. You will need quite a lot of rock for a tank that size tho. Most suggest about 1 to 1.5 lbs per gallon. I would also get a good protein skimmer and if you have the means set up a refugeum.

I did that same thing changing from a 29g to a 55 and didnt have to recycle. Yours is quite a bit bigger, but i think it would work. If not it would probably be a very very fast cycle.
