Yeah, after talking it out we came to the conclusion that the black tip isn't the best idea. The CONS simply outweigh the PROS at this point in time. Oh Well...

He's not all that interested with other sharks. In fact, he has a couple nurse sharks and some bamboo sharks right now and he's not so into them. He is willing to give them back to our LFS if he needs to take them out of the tank... I'm not sure on the exact dimensions, but it's pretty big...

It's a glass tank. And just out of curiosity - does the warranty cover all my damages if a tank breaks, or just the tank itself? Because if my tank springs a leak or breaks, the $100 for a new tank will be the LEAST of my concerns... Here is a pic of the basic support design which I want to use...

It's not for me...it's for my brother. He has about a 1,000 gallon and has been wanting a balck tip his whole life. He knows that he can only have it for a short period of time before it will outgrow the tank, but right now is trying to weigh the pros/cons.

Can these go together? What about nurse sharks and a black tip? Will the black tip eventually just eat everything else in the tank? :notsure:
