i would agree that using test strips are very unreliable. i myself use lower brand testing kits, but i feel they work just as well as the higher brands, but i refuse to use test trips.

yes, i did see an increase in nitrates last week but now it's back to zero... just did a water change, hopefully those darn nitrites will go down soon.

okay will bring up the salinity... i will be adding 2 or 3 blue/green chromis.
