what other nutrients other than calcium? Should I be adding something else?

Calcium is at 420, the tank cycled with tapwater, It's been a couple monthe since the cycle and I been doing water changed with R/O water now. If that has anything to do with it. I'm having a huge brown algea outbreak also, don't know if it's all connected.

Don't have a Phos test yet, The lights are brand new a couple weeks old now. I leave the lights on about 12 hours a day. Nothing died in the tank everybody accounted for. It builds up again next day.
