I'm very new to this, but from what i've read light is one of the main factors that will bring on algae. So if you can cycle your tank without light you might be able to avoid some sort of algae problem. My 2 cents.

how long are you leaving your lights on everyday?

I've got 90lbs of Fiji in my 55g and it appears to be the right amount. I'd recommend around 120lbs (75 x 1.65). Just my 2 cents.

Not many living hitchhikers(that i know of at this point), but the rocks themselves were big and had nice color to them. I was impressed.

The live rock looked great. The price with shipping came out to be about $3.40 a pound. You can't beat that!
